2008 Calendar Vaulting Competitions & Demonstrations are open to all Vaulting Students. Even a student that has just started, can do the demo's compulsories.

Region I Championships "Competition" Barrel & Horse At: TBA Check In Time: 8am July 09-12, 2009 NATIONALS "Competition" Barrel & Horse At: Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY If you would like to compete in Nationals you must: 1. Tell Sarah you are interested, as soon as possible. 2. Be able to mount consistently at a trot by May 15 3. Do all the compulsories competently at a trot by May 15 3. Get your entries in by May 15 4. Your parents must be willing to help out at Nationals. (National require parent volunteer for every Vaulter that competes.) If this is a hardship please let Sarah know. There maybe a job that your older vaulter can due. The Job list will be posted in June. Note: I am planning to staying at the Horseman's RV Park, I have room for 3 people to drive with me and anyone can stay with me in the horse trailer or put up a tent. The Park have bathrooms, swimming pool, showers, tennis courts and more. October ?, 6th Annual Youth Fair "Demo" Barrel Day: Saturday 10 to 2 pm Check in Time, practice & Help run the booth: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm Show Time: ? am Volunteers needed for: set up at 8 am and hair at 9 am. The Vaulters will be doing a barrel demo at ? am and help running the booth by showing the Youth Fair Spectators how to vault & answering their questions from 10 to 2.
